"I have used this oil for salads, as a finish for steamed veggies rather than butter, for quick broiling veggies and quick sauté. It adds a scrumptious flavor we really enjoy. I will definitely buy it again but the lovely long-neck bottle is so tall (by an inch) I cannot fit it in my cupboard ~ so it sits on my counter where the undercounter lights may compromise its' freshness. "
